What is an LLC corporation?

When most people refer to LLC, they often mean LLC corporation. An LLC is a limited liability company. An LLC corporation is a limited liability corporation.

A limited liability company (just LLC)

A limited liability company (LLC) is  a business structure that is a limited liability partnership. Unless a limited liability company (LLC) incorporates, the limited liability company (LLC) is not a limited liability corporation or LLC corporation. Some people use the term limited liability company and limited liability corporation or LLC or LLC corporation interchangeably. However, in reality, there is a difference between limited liability company and limited liability corporation. LLC can be either limited liability company or limited liability corporation. LLC corporation refers to limited liability corporation.

A limited liability corporation (LLC or LLC corporation)

If a business owner wants the benefits of a corporation, the owner of a limited liability company (LLC) can incorporate his or her limited liability company (LLC). By incorporating a limited liability company (LLC), the LLC will become a limited liability corporation (LLC corporation). But, until incorporation is done, the limited liability company will reap no benefits available for corporations.
