There are many business filings a business
must do to comply with the IRS tax laws. The business filings
duties of every business in the United States involve:

employees must file five employment tax returns
over the course of the year:

withholding on employees

unemployment taxes

are much more complicated than individual tax
returns
- filing information returns such as Form W-2 and
1099.

Small business are subject to multiple
layers of business filings. Business reporting and tax deposit
requirements are also important.
